How To Make the Gluten-Free Enchilada Sauce, Step By Step
In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Stir in cumin, chilli powder, and cornflour (or a gluten-free flour combination). For one to two minutes, stir often.

Over medium heat, whisk together and bring the sauce to a boil. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened, on low heat.
